My March Goals

Goals:
1: Actually no cheat, no coffees, no sugar, eat clean for four weeks!!!!
2: Decrease fat percentage in abs from 20% to?
3: decrease pounds , or fat% by 2or more
4: be happy and satisfied with who I am and what I have
5: Do some physical activity six days a week. And stay on lifting program
